We’ve launched Web App Maintenance Mode, a new feature that lets you temporarily disable any web application without deleting it.

This makes it easy to perform development, debugging, migrations, or simply pause unused sites – all while keeping your files and configurations intact. 

What’s new

• Easily enable maintenance mode for any web application without removing it – all data and configurations will be preserved.
  
  
• Ideal for troubleshooting, maintenance windows, and development work.
  
  
• When ready, simply disable maintenance mode to bring the web application back online. 

This feature is exclusive to Business and Enterprise plans.

We’ve launched a new API usage alert system to help you stay ahead of potential service interruptions and manage your API quota with confidence.

What’s New

⚠️ 80% Usage Alert

Get a friendly reminder when your API usage reaches 80% of your monthly limit.

This early notification gives you time to:

• Optimize or reduce unnecessary requests
• Review and adjust your usage patterns
• Upgrade your plan before hitting the limit

🚨 99% Usage Alert

Receive a critical notification when your usage hits 99% of your plan’s quota. This ensures you’re fully aware before requests are paused once your limit is reached.

At 100% usage, all API requests will be temporarily blocked until your quota resets so these new alerts are designed to keep your services running smoothly.

These new notifications are designed to empower you to easily: 

• Stay informed about your current consumption
• Avoid unexpected service interruptions
• Take urgent action before it’s too late

You can view your current API usage anytime in your RunCloud dashboard, under the Settings -> API Management -> Analytics, as shown below:
