Automated DNS Record Removal When Deleting Web Applications & Servers
Deleting a server or web application can sometimes leave DNS records behind. If that IP address (or target) is later reassigned, your domain could unexpectedly start pointing somewhere else – commonly referred to as dangling DNS and subdomain takeover.
RunCloud now gives you an option to automatically remove DNS records.
This can be done when deleting a web application:
