[Complete] Backup Paused Due To Wasabi Account Billing Update
On Friday at 3:00 AM Eastern Time (ET), we performed an infrastructure update involving a storage transfer. This is part of routine backend improvements to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
You may have experienced temporary disruptions in Backup services in the 1-hour window beginning at the scheduled time. While the actual transfer is expected to take no longer than 15 minutes,we allowed extra time to ensure everything completed smoothly.
Any backups that happened to fail during that time will automatically retry – so you don’t need to take any action.
Note: You can safely ignore any backup failure messages you receive during this time. Your backups will continue to run normally once the update is complete.
